Shower pressure is amazing!

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly, making our stay pleasant overall. However, the hotel felt a bit worn down, with some wear and tear evident, and the breakfast lacked some options early in the morning. A bit disappointing for the price.

Breakfast offered a delightful twist with warm tortillas and fresh fixings, which stood out compared to typical offerings at similar accommodations.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location made it easy to enjoy the nearby walking tour and explore without hassle. everything exceeded my expectations compared to previous visits in jacksonville, and i particularly loved the comfortable bed and great shower pressure.

We visited the NFL's Jaguars at TIAA Bank Field and explored the Museum of Science & History for a glimpse into local history. The team was super helpful in planning our stay, making everything stress-free, which made our vacation so much better!

One downside was the musty smell in the hallways, which was quite off-putting.

We had a lovely stay with our three teenagers! The beds were comfy, making it easy for all of us to rest after our adventures.

For dads, it would be great if they upgraded the bathroom facilities.

The room was spacious and the bed provided exceptional comfort. I appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator, which made our stay more convenient. The shower had strong water pressure that added to our overall comfort. Additionally, the front desk staff did manage to allow me parking close to the door when the lot was being resurfaced.

However, the breakfast options were limited and not up to the expected quality, with undercooked sausage.

The overall maintenance seemed neglected. the hallways had dingy carpets and a musky smell that didn’t bode well for first impressions. I encountered some noise disturbances—train crossings nearby interrupted my sleep, and the aging A/C unit could use some love. Additionally, the furniture in the room looked weathered with nicks and scratches, leaving it feeling less than welcoming. The breakfast had potential, but the policy against taking it to my room felt restrictive, especially when the options seemed limited that day.

I loved the spacious King Room Non-Smoking, which felt so cute with its clean, modern decor and extra amenities like a mini-fridge! The breakfast options were excellent too, especially the warm tortillas for breakfast burritos-such a fun twist! Plus, the hotel offered free cookies and fruit throughout the day, which gave it that cozy home-away-from-home vibe.

Ideal for a brief stay

The breakfast was surprisingly good! They had these warm tortillas and fixins for tacos, which was a refreshing change from the usual hotel grub. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness-rooms were spotless and felt like they actually cared about the place! You know how you can usually spot a hotel that has seen better days, right? Not the case here.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the service made it worth the price.
